THE FACE BEHIND MINDFUL TIMES
I believe that we as humans are all full of wounds caused by traumas that manifest in our lives as insecurities & fear. I also believe that a lot of us have not been equipped with the necessary tools to heal these things in healthy ways. Through my own journey and through research, I believe that by healing these wounds, we can heal our addictions. Mindful Times was created to share my experience, the experience of others and to offer tools and resources to help guide you through your journey with sobriety.
